We need a responsible, self-motivated individual who can jump from repairing snow cats and other company vehicles, to running heavy equipment in the parking lot for lodge support. This is a full time year round position that will focus mainly on vehicle maintenance, but will also split duties and require equipment operation. For 5 months during our heavy winter season you will work a night shift providing equipment maintenance support to our grooming operations, while assisting ODOT with vehicle relocation and snow removal. When the snow starts to taper off, and we roll into our summer season, you will come back to a day shift and focus primarily on vehicle maintenance.

We are looking for someone with the following vehicle maintenance skills:
-DC electronics diagnostics and repair
-Hydraulic systems repair and diagnostics
-Ability to navigate OEM diagnostic software
-Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic schematics
-Cleanliness and attention to detail
-2-year technical degree preferred, but not required
-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and operation
-Above average equipment operating skills
-Proficiency with common computer applications
-Ability to fill out work orders correctly and in a timely manner
-Must possess a valid driver's license
-Comprehensive selection of common hand tools
-Excellent problem solving skills
